  2. Review – we will ask you a series of short questions which will help us uncover some of the root issues that you are dealing with.
  3. Listen – we will then listen for discernment from the Holy Spirit to show us the right next steps which may help you address some of the issues that have been uncovered.

After these three steps we will then present the solutions that the Lord shows us to help in your role.

What Others say:

Bryce Carpenter

"...he does not separate secular interactions from spiritual ones."

Bryce Carpenter | Owner | Ovis Marketing

“As someone who has had the pleasure of working alongside Joseph for over 2 years, I can speak to his servant’s heart, spiritual leadership, and business management practices. Joseph has demonstrated time and time again a willingness to learn new skills and apply them to his business to improve outcomes for his clients. One thing I really admire about his approach to business is that he does not separate secular interactions from spiritual ones. What I mean by this, is that Joseph’s faith is interwoven into everything he does. Business conversations with Joseph regularly lead to Spirit-led prayer that is uplifting and has a positive affect on how we approach every detail within our business.”

Gilbert Sorola

"...remarkable skills in smoothing over conflicts and became an invaluable liaison..."

“…I am pleased to write this recommendation for Joseph Gutwein. Our professional relationship began when I placed advertisements through him, and from the start, I recognized his exceptional abilities. One day, Joseph felt led by the Lord to join my team, and he quickly mastered the tasks of running the office and managing our personnel.

Joseph consistently demonstrated remarkable skills in smoothing over conflicts and became an invaluable liaison to our clients, vendors, and tenants. However, what impressed me the most was his ability to transform our business into a ministry. He continuously exhibited Christian character and biblical wisdom in all his actions and interactions.

Joseph’s presence is sorely missed, but I fully support his decision to follow the leading of our Lord Jesus Christ. I wholeheartedly endorse Joseph for his new consulting venture, knowing that he will bring the same dedication, integrity, and spiritual insight to his clients as he did to our organization.”
-Sincerely, Gilbert

David Hall

"We would have been lost without his help."

David Hall | Owner/Coach/Mentor | Overcoming Walls LLC

“I highly recommend Joseph in regard to his consulting services for leaders in businesses, churches and ministries. Joseph has a gift in connecting with others and has strong marketing skills learned from prior work experiences. Joseph actually was instrumental in the start up of our ministry Overcoming Walls. We would have been lost without his help.

In addition, both Joseph and Bob Huber have a passion for ministry. Both love the Lord and love serving others. That is the calling for both Joseph and Bob hence another reason for my recommendation.”
-Sincerely, David

Help for leader's:

Spiritual Leader's

Nehemiah raised the morale of his colleagues, an important part of any leader’s work. He built up their faith by redirecting focus away from “the impossible” toward the greatness of God. Throughout the record are such assurances as “the God of heaven will give us success” (Nehemiah 2:20) and “the joy of the Lord is your strength” (Nehemiah 8:10).
Faith builds faith. Pessimism dismantles faith. The spiritual leader’s primary task is to build the faith of others.
Nehemiah encouraged others generously. When he arrived, the people were demoralized. First, he kindled hope by testifying to the vision and providence of God, and then secured their cooperation. “I also told them about the gracious hand of my God upon me and what the king had said to me. They replied, ‘Let us start building.’ So they began this good work” (Nehemiah 2:18).(1)
